Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One further child under 12 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
One further older child or adult is charged 37.50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 20 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.50 per hour.

Meal Plan: Full board is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
